In 1995 the runway was improved to FAA standards, through
the Airport
Improvement Program (AIP). Federal funds were used
to enlarge and resurface the runway to its current 60 feet
wide by 3,828 feet in length and extend the parallel taxiway
to 17. There are now three secondary parking ramps to accommodate
turbine and jet aircraft. more>
LIGHTING AND PAPI's
Pilot Precison
Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) lights are on the 35 end with
three settings. Pilot activated on frequency 122.8 - 10
to 12 minutes. Temporarily Out of Service

THE TERMINAL
The primary building, a converted dairy barn, houses the airport operations office (HerGin
Aviation, Inc.), the pilot shop, and the Perfect Landing Cafe.
FUELING

The fueling operation (100LL) is also at this location. It features a FuelMaster® 24
hour self-service fueling system with a credit card kiosk which accepts Mastercard or
Visa. Cash sales are available during regular business hours.
